GASTROENTEROLOGY – Lake Tahoe area. Established, reputable gastroenterology practice seeking additional gastroenterologist.

Well regarded, private practice. 100% physician owned.

10 FT and 1 PT gastroenterologists in group. Very reputable group.

ERCP preferred but not required. 1 physician in group does EUS and majority of physicians do ERCP however, it is not necessary to do ERCP.

Majority of procedures are done in free-standing endoscopy center. Some procedures done in hospital (typically by the on-call MD). Practice owns a free-standing endoscopy center.

Vacancy due to retiring partners from call and due to growth.

Physician can expect 8-10 patients per day in office; do 9-10 procedures per day (half day office / half day endoscopy procedures)

Approx. volume per year: 10k.

Shared call schedule 1:6.

Starting salary based on experience (range $450k plus.) Sign on bonus 10k. Partner income is significantly higher well up into six figures. Short partnership track of one to two years.
